Exodus 28:2-3

And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty. So you shall speak to all who are gifted artisans, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments, to consecrate him, that he may minister to Me as priest.

Luke 1:51-52

He has shown strength with His arm;
He has scattered the proud
in the imagination of their hearts.
He has put down the mighty from their thrones,
And exalted the lowly.

Luke 1:46-50

And Mary said,
"My soul magnifies the Lord,
And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Saviour.
For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden:
for, behold, from now on all generations shall call me blessed.
For He that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is His name.
And His mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.

Luke 1:39-45

At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea, where she entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. In a loud voice she exclaimed: “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”

Luke 1:34-38

“How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”
The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God. Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. For no word from God will ever fail.”
“Behold the handmaiden of the Lord,” Mary answered. “Let it be unto me according to your word.”
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Then the angel left her.

Luke 1:31-33

You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him JESUS. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom shall have no never end.”

Psalm 45:10-11

Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!
The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our refuge.

Psalm 45

1 God is our refuge and strength,
   A very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear,
   Even though the earth be removed,
   And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though its waters roar and be troubled,
   Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah
4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God,
   The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High.
5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved;
   God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.
6 The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved;
   He uttered His voice, the earth melted.
7  The Lord of hosts is with us;
    The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord,
   Who has made desolations in the earth.
9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth;
   He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two;
   He burns the chariot in the fire.

Luke 1:26-30

In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, “Hail, full of grace! The Lord is with you.”
Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God.

Luke 1:21-23

Meanwhile, the people were waiting for Zechariah and wondering why he stayed so long in the temple. When he came out, he could not speak to them. They realized he had seen a vision in the temple, for he kept making signs to them but remained unable to speak. So it was, as soon as the days of his service were completed, that he departed to his own house.

Luke 1:17-18

And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” Zechariah asked the angel, “How can I be sure of this? I am an old man and my wife is well along in years.”
